1. Operator

2. Purpose and scope
2.1. These Conditions govern only the use of the website and the account by professionals applying to join as providers ("Bees") and by those applying to take part as affiliates ("Affiliates"), from the application onwards and throughout their use of the platform.
2.2. The economic relationship is not governed by these Conditions. The subscription, service fees, affiliate commissions and their settlement and payouts are governed exclusively by the applicable General Conditions (Providers or Affiliates) and by each party's personal Particular-Conditions Addendum, which are signed with a qualified electronic signature once the application is approved. Accepting these Conditions neither accepts nor concludes that economic agreement.
3. Account and truthful data
3.1. The applicant provides true, complete and up-to-date information about their identity, their activity and, where applicable, their company, and keeps it current.
3.2. The account is personal and non-transferable. The holder keeps their credentials confidential and is responsible for use of their account; they will tell BeeHires without delay of any unauthorised access.
4. Application and vetting
4.1. Joining is handled as an application. BeeHires verifies the identity, documentation, certifications, insurance and references it requires, and may ask for more information.
4.2. Applying does not guarantee approval. BeeHires decides on approval under its vetting criteria and may reject an application or leave it pending while documentation is missing.
4.3. Until the application is approved, the profile is not shown to customers, receives no jobs, and no remuneration accrues.
5. Confidentiality of customer data
5.1. Customer and project data the professional or Affiliate sees through the platform is confidential. It may be used only for the purpose for which the platform provides it (bidding on, coordinating and carrying out the job concerned), never for any other purpose, and may not be passed to third parties.
5.2. This obligation survives the closing of the account. Processing of customers' personal data must also comply with data-protection law.
6. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- provide false, third-party or altered data or documents, or impersonate another person or company;
- use the platform to circumvent its operating rules or to take customers off the platform in order to avoid the service fee;
- publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- extract data in bulk or by automated means, interfere with the security or operation of the site, or access areas or data without authorisation;
- contact customers or other users for purposes unrelated to the service, or abusively.
7. Content and intellectual property
7.1. The professional or Affiliate warrants that they hold the rights to the content they upload (photographs, texts, documents, logos) and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
7.2. They grant BeeHires a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to the time they are on the platform, to host, reproduce, technically adapt and display that content in order to provide the service, including presenting it to customers.
7.3. The site, the BeeHires brand and its visual identity belong to LinkPro AI, S.L. or its licensors; using them grants no right over them.
8. Suspension and closing the account
8.1. BeeHires may suspend or close an account, or remove content, for breach of these Conditions, false data or documents, risk to customers or to the platform, or a legal requirement, recording the decision and notifying the holder unless the law prevents it.
8.2. The holder may ask to close their account at any time. The economic consequences of suspension or closure are governed by the General Conditions and the Addendum, where applicable.
9. Liability
BeeHires is liable for providing the platform service with due diligence, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or any volume of jobs or customers. It is not liable for content uploaded by users or for work contracted between customers and professionals, without prejudice to liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Personal data
Processing of the applicant's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
BeeHires may change these Conditions with reasonable notice; substantial changes require fresh acceptance.
12. Language, governing law and jurisdiction
12.1. The Spanish version is the only binding version; translations are for information.
12.2. These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from them, the professional or Affiliate acting in the course of their business or profession, the parties submit to the Courts of the city of Málaga, waiving any other forum. Contact: [email].
